This space is designed and built with a formal and inviting approach to accommodate important community and political figures as well as the administrative body.

Project

Details

This design-build, complete renovation of an existing 2-story building included adding a new service elevator, replacing 25,000 sq. ft. of first floor interior concrete, new restrooms, electrical room modifications, data infrastructure, service kitchen, multiple conference rooms, AV upgrades and high-end finishes. After completion of the interiors, the project team mobilized to complete the exterior modifications and landscaping around the entire building.

DPR handled all design elements of this project. The collaborative approach along with a highly detailed and coordinated BIM model allowed the team to successfully deliver the project under budget and on schedule. The project was completed during the middle of COVID-19, and the schedule was not affected due to the site team's ability to quickly navigate the new norms and create a safe working condition for all workers and visitors.
