I’m really honored to join Result-Symbia Partnership Symposium.I met so many nice and talented people there.
We talked many issues, such as entrepreneurship, China’s opportunies and Europe’s opportunies.
Generally speaking, most chinese companies, they need to do better job in the local market first. But the truth is that where the customers are, where the enterpreneurs go. 人生的资产负债表(转）
每个人的生活都是一张资产负债表，其实英文的表示更确切，叫做Balance Sheet，生活的本质就在于此。
一项资产的获得总是通过另一项资产的减少或者负债的增加来实现。换句话说，想要得到某些东西，一定也会付出另一些东西以达到平衡。人们总是习惯于以拥有资产，特别是物质资产的多少来判断人生的成功与否，殊不知资产与负债总是如影随形。
资产的种类很多，但所有的资产负债表第一项都是相同的，那就是令人又爱又恨的－现金，它的俗名叫钱。可惜很多人只看到这第一项就对报表的主人下判断，称此人为穷或者富，却看不到这项资产增多之下所背负的债务，比如辛劳，风险，担心，甚至犯罪；或者另一些资产－与家人团聚和娱乐的时间－减少了。
父母是我们一出生就获得的原始资产。获得这项资产的同时，我们的负债也相应增加，这是一项长期负债，叫做赡养。
有些人还可能拥有另一项资产－兄弟姐妹。与此相应的债务叫做照顾。
然后是朋友。它带来的负债是守望相助，有时也有背叛。
爱人。这是我们人生的最大决策。拥有这项资产的意义非同小可，其影响类似于两家企业合并。我们的资产增加了一倍，但负债也增加了一倍。此外它还衍生出更多的资产和更多的负债。比如激情，快乐，亲密，稳定；比如磨合，冲突，担心，放弃一定的自由和自我。同时，这项资产特质敏感，需要付出经常的维护这一负债才能保持质量稳定。
随后是子女。这更是重量级的资产，同时也是重量级的负债－可能是你后半生最大的操劳和牵挂。
有些人的资产负债表上还会有丰富的人生阅历，与之相伴的负债自然是大量的磨炼，或者还有远离故土的孤独。
与之相反，毕生都生活在故乡的人，报表中没有漂泊这项负债，但也缺少了许多宝贵的体验作为资产。
还有健康，这是每个人都需要的基本资产，当然由坚持锻炼这项负债来维护其平衡。
还可以列出很多相生相伴的资产与负债…… 正如企业有大小，人生的资产负债也各不相同。有人平静地度过一生，资产和负债都较少；也有人波澜壮阔，拥有大量的资产和大量的负债。很难用规模来衡量好坏，存在的只是生活方式的不同。 而名人们则象是上市公司－public一词精确地说明了两种情况的相似。与名气、荣誉、利益等等资产相伴的除了相应的负债，还有额外的要求，那就是名人们必须公开自己的人生报表，可能还会遭遇不断的追踪和审计。
其实，判断人生的不是资产，而是资产减掉负债的剩余，那才是我们的净资产。
最基本的净资产当然与命运、机遇相关，所谓时也，运也，命也。这些与生俱来的神秘力量正象最初的注册资金，我们也许无法选择与改变。但是不论起点如何，每个人都被赋予足够的机会来经营自己的人生......

Thirty-Year Theory about China
I talked with an elite in business field last weekend.
He mentioned a Thirty-Year theory. It’s interesting and I’d like to share with you all.
In 1919, Chinese began to awaken.
In 1949, Mao Zedong helped Chinese stand up.
In 1979, Deng Xiaoping led Chinese to be rich.
In 2009, China will step on a new development level.
PS: I’m not very interested in History. If my history teacher teach it in this way,I would have done a better job.
