男贼王薄和女贼王丽是一对扒窃搭档，也是一对浪迹天涯的亡命恋人。王丽厌倦了不见天日的生活意欲引退。在骗了一个大款的宝马后，他们北上西藏。

王丽希望这是最后一票，干完就开始新生活。但王薄却不同意，俩人关系恶化。

在西藏，王丽遇到了叫傻根的农民工，他善良，单纯稍微有点无知，相信世界上没有专偷穷人的贼。



辛苦打工五年，终于赚了六万多块钱。他准备带着钱坐火车回家，用赚的钱盖房子取媳妇。






偏巧，另一个扒窃团伙盯上傻根，并上了同一辆火车。王丽和王薄决定一路上保护傻根，由此引发了一系列的明争暗斗。

Wang Bo and Wang Li are partners in crime and passion, making their living by stealing. But while the two are on their way north to Tibet after stealing a businessman's BMW, Wang Li realizes that she doesn't want to be a thief for the rest of her life.

So she decides that this will be their last job and vows to have a new life for herself. But Wang Bo loves his money too much and their relationship begins to strain under their opposing wishes.

While in Tibet, Wong Li meets a young migrant worker, Shagen. He is honest, naive, innocent and convinced that he lives in a world without thieves.

Having saved up 60,000 Yuan from five years' of hard work for the Tibetan Buddhist monasteries on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, he decides to go back by train to his home village. He wants to build a house and get married with all the cash he’s earned.

Riding the same train as Wang Bo and Wang Li is a group of thieves on the lookout for easy preys. After agreeing to start a new life, the couple is determined to protect Shagen. And so this adventure begins....
